License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CodeAndSystem.ai for personal or commercial purposes, subject to payment of applicable plan fees. The license is tied to your account and may not be shared.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You agree not to use the software for any illegal purpose or in violation of OpenAI's usage policies.
Third-Party Services
CodeAndSystem.ai integrates with OpenAI's API using your own API key. Your use of OpenAI's services is subject to OpenAI's terms of service. We are not responsible for OpenAI's service availability, pricing changes, or data handling.
Limitation of Liability
CodeAndSystem.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to AI-generated solutions that may be incorrect or incomplete.
Purchases & Billing
All plans are one-time purchases — you pay once and receive access for the plan duration. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel. All sales are final and non-refundable. A free trial (5 solutions, 30 minutes, full feature access, no credit card required) is available so you can evaluate the product before purchasing. See our Refund Policy for full details.
